Our Leadership Team

Linda Kimball, LNHA, Executive Director is responsible for the overall management of The Fountainview Center. She is licensed as an Administrator by the State of Georgia and has 35 plus years in the long term care industry. She has been with the “Fountainview Family” for 20 years. She served as a Senior Administrator and Administrator with a large nursing home chain based out of Atlanta and North Carolina. She is along standing member of the American College of Heath Care a Administrators, served as the Secretary/Treasurer of Metro Atlanta Council and Vice President of West Central Council of the Georgia Health Care Association, in addition has served on the Regulator, Quality, Education and Conference, and Membership Service Committees of the Georgia Health Care association. She was named Volunteer of the Year for the American Heart Association and volunteers at the Atlanta Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association. She served as a Board Member for the Coosa Valley Ombudsman. Linda is a life Georgia resident, a graduate of Forest Park High School, attended University of West Georgia School of Business, Marietta Tech School of Business Management and Kennesaw State University school of Paralegals. She has four children and 14 grandchildren and 1 great grand child.
Kim Barker, BA, MBA, LNHA, Assistant Director and Director of Financial Services at The Fountainview Center. She is licensed Nursing Home Administrator by the State of Georgia.  She has served in health care for over 10 years. She earned her Bachelors in Business Administration and holds an MBA in Finance and Accounting. Kim has been employed with The Fountainview Center for 3 years. Kim held Executive Director and Assistant Executive Director positions in several long term care centers in Atlanta before coming Fountainview. Kim has one son.
Nathan Tune, Business Office Manager, has been with Fountainview for two years. He attended the University of Arizona 2000-2004 with a major in History and minored in Political Science. Previous positions held in Finance, Accounting and Insurance.  He served as the Fountainview Center Clinical Staff Coordinator for one year and currently holds the position of Business Office Manager. Nathan has one son.
Joanne Tune, RN, Directory of Clinical Services has over 30 years experience in the long-term care arena working both the regulatory and provider sector. She holds her RN license in both Georgia and North Carolina. Joanne has held numerous positions with large corporations and healthcare organizations as Regional Clinical Director, Medicare Nurse Specialist, Regional Nurse Consultant, and as Director of Utilization Management. She received her RN from Cooper Medical Center in Camden New Jersey. She is a member of the Georgia Association of Nurses in Long Term Care, American Medical Directors Association; she holds her certification for American Association of Nurse Assessment Coordinators (AANAC). She has been at Fountainview for six year’s and has one son.
Stephanie Falzone, LPN, East Pavilion Manager began her prerequisite nursing and science courses at Georgia Perimeter College. She received her nursing degree form Gwinnett Technical College in June of 2007. Stephanie graduated with honors, 1st in her class Summa Cum Laude, Member of the National Honor Society, Vice President of the local chapter for the National Federation of Licensed Practical Nurses. After receiving her nursing degree she took several months and traveled Europe before being employed at Fountainview in December 2001. Stephanie specialties are Pharmacology, Cardiology and Geriatrics. She also holds her certification as an MDS Coordinator in Long Term Care.
David Stewart, RN, South Pavilion Manager, a graduate of Dekalb College of Nursing in 1998, David has devoted his nursing practice within long-term care setting. He joined the Fountainview team in July 2007 to continue his desire to serve those in need of specialized care.
Sheila Meer, RN, West Pavilion Manager has 18 years experience in health care. Sheila attended Kennesaw State University for her general studies, and graduated from Chattahoochee Tech where she received her degree as a Licenses Practical Nurse and Floyd College where she earned her Associate in Nursing in 2002. She is a certified Nurse Assessment Coordinator (MDS) in Long Term Care. Previous positions held with other hospital and healthcare organizations consist of Leadership, Nurse Supervisor, Intensive Care Unit Nurse and charge Nurse. She also was appointed as a preceptor by the Georgia Board of Nursing. Sheila has two children.
Cathy Barrett, RN, Director of Staff and Family Education, graduated from Georgia Baptist School of Nursing and has a total of 34 years as a Registered Nurse. Her varied nursing experience includes patient service in hospitals, private physician offices, The American Red Cross, public school systems, home health, assisted living and long term care. Cathy joined the Fountainview Center over three years ago serving as Director of Education for Staff and Families. In addition to training staff in dementia care orientation class plans and organizes events for family members.
Shannon Stanley, BA, Director of Family and Resident Services relieved he Bachelor of Arts in Humanities from Florida State University. She is a certified facilitator of Alzheimer’s Support Groups, the educator of resident rights and has been a leader and volunteer in many charity events for the Alzheimer’s Association. Shannon joined the Fountainview Center team in 2009 as the Director of Family and Resident Services.
Stacey Beene, CAD, CDP, Director of Programming, is a native Georgian. Stacy owned and operated a nail salon for six years. She has been serving seniors since 1998. She holds her certification as an Activity Director: she has a national certification as a Dementia Practitioner. She served as the Secretary to the Metro council of Activity Directors for the Georgia Health Care Association.
Brenda Presley, CDM, Director of Nutritional Services has been in Long Term Care for 31 years as a Dietary Manager. She graduated from Atlanta University in 1981. She was born in Lithonia, Georgia. She has three children.
Heather Bogle, BSW, Director of Community Relations started at The Fountainview Center in January 2008 as the Director of Resident and Family Services. She transferred into the Admissions and Community Relations role in June 2009. She is a Board Member for the DeKalb Senior Niche, Assisted Living Federation of American, and Aging Services Network of Fulton County. She is active with the Atlanta Chapter Alzheimer’s Association, The Lewybodies Associations and the Atlanta Parkinson’s Disease Association. Prior to come to The Fountainview Center, Heather was a co-owner in a restaurant as well as medical construction company. Heather earned her Bachelor Degree in Social Work for Indiana University.
Charles Ginyard, Director of Environmental Services graduated from Recording Engineering School in Detroit, Michigan and received his diploma from Ferndale Adult High School in 1997. Charles has held several supervisory and management positions with major janitorial companies in Michigan. Charles and his family moved to Georgia in 1998 and began working at The Fountainview Center.
Lenny Gomes, Director of Plant Operations moved with his wife Rebecca to Atlanta from Northern California too be with their three children and seven grandchildren in 2004. He is a professional musician and recording artist, former international kick boxer, martial arts instructor, track and field coach and active Native American tribal member of the Promo Nation Tribe. Lenny has 25 years of experience working in senior communities; he began working with the Fountainview Center in 2007.
